Pricing clarity was honestly what sold me on nMetric. At our size, every line item gets scrutinized, and their tiered structure is transparent enough that I could present it to the founders without a single awkward follow-up question. A year in, the cost still feels proportionate to what we actually use. The Smart Job technology in particular has earned its keep, helping my small production team triage orders without needing a dedicated scheduler on payroll. That alone justifies the subscription for us.
My one gripe is that the onboarding tier we started on felt slightly underpowered for a growing shop, and stepping up to the next level came with a noticeable price jump. Not a dealbreaker, but it stung a little. Customer support has been helpful when I've reached out, though response times vary. If you're a make-to-order operation watching headcount costs carefully, nMetric is worth a serious look.
