i purchased reseller jupiter plan from starting i face issue but now i am frustrated milesweb service. I dont know why people rating 5 stars but milesweb deserve 0 star there is no option for '0' thats why i select 1 star. support is very bad, not quick reply, i was face server down issue before 45 days but noboddy resolve this issue even i was called support number +91-253-2312771, i dont know her name she talk like unprofessional. while a second i think i called someone home, after conversation clear she is talking from milesweb, still i faced same issue server is down, sometime show dns failed sometimes show 503 error. irresponsible manner from milesweb side.
