Easy to set up and they migrated us from another system. Easy to use, requires little onboarding for new users. Main downside is there is currently no way to combine two tickets into one. That would be super useful since many people send new emails instead of reply. Be great to be able to split a ticket too, for when users reply with a new issue in an old email. But those are the only downsides. Rest is great.
