Love it love it love it. Everything is so streamlined and convenient. I love the smart folders, the tags, the remembered users, etc. I also like that you can forward straight from within the ticket or split it into two and mass actions for multiple tickets. Also the ranking system definitely gives some incentives to work harder. I am the queen of badges! We don't use the chat or phone call feature so I can't comment on those. The email functions are beautiful. I only wish there were a way to MERGE tickets for those people that create new emails for everything.

I really like Live Agent. I have been using it for more than a year now and find it easy to work with. Lots of capability with autoresponders, canned messaging and chat. It makes it a breeze to keep track of customer interaction and history. I also use the knowledgebase to create "how to articles" but wish there was more creative flexibility on that (videos, screencast vids, templates, and such) Overall though, its a solid tool and I will continue to use it on the regular.

I have been using LiveAgent for a little over 8 months now and I have had great success with it. Everything is laid out nicely and there are many convenient features. I have also been using the LiveAgent app for Android and would recommend it for on the go.

This is a great customer support system, complete with full response features by email or chat, as well as incorportating phone support. And the best part is that you can have a team of people working together to handle tickets and calls and chats all at the same time and not have overlaps or confusion.

Live agent is easy to use and helps keep track of thousands of tickets we get on a daily basis. Hopefully we can have more integration with different websites. Calls can be better.
