We have a small accounting firm and use iSolved to run payroll for several clients. From the start of the integration process through the actual utilization of the software, it's been a very positive experience. The platform itself is very versatile to handle many or our client's complex payroll processes. The customer service is top notch with several different team members to handle any issue or aspect of our processes. For the value we are getting, the price is great. Overall we've had a very positive experience with iSolved and would highly recommend it.

iSolved is being used throughout our entire company, no matter what department you are in. It's a great way to not only clock in, but anything finance related is all there in one website for each individual. It allows for easy requests for PTO, access to benefits, and the ability to e-sign any documents sent via HR regarding 401K, insurance, and even annual reviews.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope We use iSolved for all of our payroll needs. We started it 3 years ago. We used to do payroll in-house, but with the new insurance rule, we made the switch. They help us with anything payroll related: bonuses, child support, insurance, 401(k), quarterly and yearly federal/state reports, and W2s. They submit all government reports too, and they give our employees direct access to their account, where they can see digital pay-stubs, update info, and receive digital W2s all online. I mainly use the program, but they also offer online onboarding, so the store managers do initiate onboarding, but only have access to that.

This is the worst payroll processing company. The support does not exist, and we were lied to during the initial presentation. Their mobile clock in app, has major flaws. An employee can turn off their location services on their phone, which will allow them to clock in from anywhere they want, even if a geo-fence exists. When confronting iSolved, the response was to reprehend the employee for being dishonest, but they did not take any responsibility, nor even know that such a thing was even possible. They did nothing to fix it, told us they would provide a credit, which we never saw, and stopped answering our phone calls for help with the website or app. If you like throwing away money, and having a ton of issues, then iSolved is the place for you. There are a lot better, and cheaper options available, and I would recommend any of them, instead of iSolved.

I am very unhappy with this platform. I don't know if it's too big for their staff to learn or what, but their performance is terrible at best. I am looking for another payroll company. I was very happy with the one I had before this mess took over.

iSolved mandated that we upgrade from Encore and it has been a nightmare from the start. I've had the worst "Upgrade Specialist" who had a baby crying in the background the first time we processed payroll, the 2nd time she was late calling to process our payroll-had a lot of errors that she can't seem to get resolved, was not knowledgeable about the linking of Sage Time to iSolved and this should have been our 3rd time and she was to have called me at 9:00 am. At 10:15 she finally called after I attempted to reach her by phone and email and said it was basically my fault because she didn't have on her calendar. Very argumentative. I'm now waiting on her supervisor to call me back & that request was given 35 minutes ago with no response. I hope I can get our employees paid. We will be looking at other payroll companies and get away from this weekly nightmare.

Happy Client The I-Solve system is user friendly and full of fantastic features. The customer service is bar none. They have been beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I have had a few unexpected situations arise and they went beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was taken care of.

When I started our company I tried to choose carefully our vendor partners. We chose Paychoice over multiple vendors. Unfortunately they got bought by Sage Payroll and then Isolved. This is where everything went wrong. The software launch was terrible with several false starts and then no launch support. I cannot reach anyone for help and have spent an hour on hold waiting for help and then get the wrong team. No one will give you their direct contact information. Also they screwed up our w-2 on the transition. I put a case record in 2 weeks ago and can't even get a conformation. They took out taxes for cities that are not even a taxing authority, so where did the money go?
