What do you dislike? We have not identified any issues that have not been resolved. Recommendations to others considering the product: I strongly recommend that you consider Interfacing when testing the market. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We need to create a process library of our business. We also need to construct a framework that relates business processes to risks, costs, owners and approvers. Our previous efforts were not successful so Interfacing will provide both a platform and professional expertise.

Centralizing of process management, automatic versioning of processes and objects, ease of use. What do you dislike? Not very easy to create custom templates for generating standard operating procedures as word documents. Needs some effort to get the templates you want if you prefer not to use the generic templates. Recommendations to others considering the product: Each release frequently comes with new features and improvements. It's useful to ask about new features in the upcoming releases. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? 1- Creating a centralized, easily accessible repository of business processes for the organization that can be viewed and updated regularly. 2- Creating a set of standard operating procedures for end-users of the organization.

What benefits have you realized? Digitization of IMS-typical business objects. In particular, fretext documents are converted to data. Benefits are to overcome typical issues of traditional QMS like missing change readiness and user acceptance.
