"IDU-Concept Daily use" Overall: Overall IDU is enjoyable and easy to understand. All our clerks and junior team members make use of IDU on a daily basis given it is easy to use. Pros: The integration into our existing ERP for live-reporting of Income Statements. It also allows prior period reporting in the same view which saves so much time and effort and any manual manipulation of data. Cons: The update of live data feature, we have a delay of 1 hour set where IDU can run the update to the GL and cost centres. Given the resource intensive task of the update it cannot be done continuously. However, that is more a limitation on our server than IDU itself. We have thus decided to move our instance to the cloud for real-time reporting.
