Pros Making our budgeting, planning and reporting needs easy and efficient for all stakeholders within my organisation. Cons One also needs to invest time in setting up background work such as in designing dashboards, if IDU consultants can be deliberate with making time to drive/assist us as clients into doing this background work so that at all times we get full benefits of the system.

Pros This is life changing software. We have strealined our budgeting , forecasting and reporting processes to produce high quality and credible reporing and information to make business decisions. One version of the truth . We all see the same thing at the time . No more spreadsheets and constant version changes. Cons Enhancements could be made to the aethetics look and feel of the application. I am aware this is alredy in the next update. Very excited about it.

In this time we haven't changed the way we use the tool and it's basic functionality still works well for us. Pros It is such a simple tool to develop, use and maintain. The consultants and the help desk are great and ever ready to help. Cons There is currently nothing that I don't like. We keep our interaction with IDU as simple as possible for all our users. We hardly ever have any significant issues and errors. Reason for choosing IDU-Concept IDU was the best tool for us and met our requirements for budgeting and reporting. Switched from Microsoft Excel The other products didn't meet the needs of our budgeting process.

“Seamless Budgeting ” May 22, 2025 5.0 The team has been helpful and supportive. The product will definitely add value to the organization. Pros The product is quiet seamless and easy to use. The cloud solution has no interruption. Frequent daily runs against the ERP help report on data relevance. Cons The data intergration to IDU is less smart automation. There is so much manual involvement. One require specific rules mapping to avoid undefined characters causing reports to not reconcile.
