Ive been with HBXL now for about 7 years, they just get better which is hard to say for companies these days, nothing is ever a problem and they are a really friendly, helpful bunch. Thank you for an amzing service. Excellent Program and support staff are just so helpful, any issues and it is dealt with straight away. I used to spend hours quoting and this program just makes things so fast, takes a while to set the program up to your specification but after that its a doddle. I um'd and ahh'd over the cost but it soon pay's for itself, it's helped me to win a lot more of the jobs I want to be doing, even the jobs I don't win the customer states how professional the quote was.

I have used HBXL for nearly ten years and I am always amazed at its development and how it has developed over the years the software is a delight to use and very easy to use. Its saves any builder lots of time and allows me to present my documentation in a branded and professional manner. One thing HBXL excels with is there customer services part of the company. Tom and the rest of his team go that extra mile to help. The reason I am prompted to write this review is I contacted Customer service late on Friday towards the close of business and got a answer at 19:00 Friday night. HBXL software is excellent and easy to use. As the software was developed by a builder it is very user friendly and easy to use. When I purchased my software i was also given a 4 week training course to help me get used to the estimating system. Their aftercare is also brilliant, if i ever find something that i struggle with i can simply ring up and speak to their support guys. Joe Walsh has been extremely helpful with certain areas of the system
