The app looks likes a mini version of Microsoft Office Project which aims to mange your timeline and spot your deadlines as well as tasks that relevantly you can link them to each other and shows their progress on a percentage bar next to them. wonderful use of colour scheme aims to brows in a larger project management file easily and sorting tasks is a better way. It is extremely easy to make gannt charts with with GanntPRO assisted by its very user-friendly experience. In the Gannt Pro the user can include a goals, milestones, tasks, etc. It is a great piece of software. As a student I have limited time, so it is essential that I have the tools needed to efficiently make gannt charts with minimal effort. There is not any other gannt chart software that I have tried whish remotely compares to this exquisite masterclass. This is the first time I’m using a project managing program like this, so I’m still figuring out all the functions, but there seems to be a function for everything so far! It’s really helpful to have tutorials on the webpage, so I don’t have to search to find it elsewhere. It’s possible to organize all the tasks into different subtasks so you can look at the entire project or just focus on one single subtask. The calculation of cost estimated time and progress is very helpful, and to be able to bring in different resources and at once fill in hourly costs really makes the overall view of the project detailed and precise, and a really helpful tool to work with!

I have been using GanttPro to keep track of our student-led startup. It's been quite useful with tracking what projects we need to work on, as well as budgeting for those tasks. Allows for easy management of resources and costs which is very important for a project with low budgets. I have never felt so comfortable planning a project before, the truth is that by using GanttPRO I can create activities, tasks and deadlines quickly and very easily. It also allows me to work online without installing any additional software, with which I can work from any computer. I'm a PhD candidate researching electricity grids with a high penetrations of renewable energy. I mostly do computer modelling and use GanttPRO to plan the stages of model development. These are complex models with multiple components and dependencies. GanttPRO makes it a lot easier to plan the timeline of these tasks and adjust these timelines as circumstances evolve. I particularly like the way the charts adjust automatically around your changes, whether that's adding new dependencies or adjusting the number of working days per week. Features to track time spent on tasks is also useful when working independently and with sparse deadlines.
