The intuitive ease of data entry makes it easy to have a number of staff involved and using the software without records getting messed up. The weekly emails of overdue and coming due items are essential for staying on top of calibration. Not charging by the user has allowed us to distribute the data entry across the shop floor and keep accountability with the tool users.
