I moved over from a bigger high profile hosting service. So far, the down time has been far less than I was experiencing before and speeds are higher. The help provided by the FreshSites team has been excellent. There were a couple of problems with my transfer that were not caused by FreshSites, but they dived into my settings anyway and cleared things up for me. Oh, and they are cheaper than my previous service too.

I can't praise this company highly enough. I moved to Freshsites after experiencing poor customer service from my previous hosting company, particularly when their server response time start to degrade. I run many client websites a move was a big job. I haven't regretted this once. Their server response times are the bet I have had but importantly their customer service has been excellent. Better in fact than I would have expected. I am impressed with the speed of resolution of issues and set up of new work. As I do both white label hosting and also host separate accounts for clients, my reputation is only as good as the host company I use. this has been brilliant. My main expertise is SEO and web building so when I have technical issues I don't understand they sort that for me. When I need help optimising the Wordpress set up they have provided great advise that has really helped my clients website rankings. I have no hesitation in recommending Fresh Sites on here and to my clients.

I came across FreshSites when looking for a new host for my website www.grapelondon.com - originally I was with GoDaddy, who were had great customer service but their managed WP hosting was too slow. Neil at FreshSites very ably talked me through the options and I could immediately tell he knew what he was talking about. I went ahead and signed up and haven't regretted it. If ever I need to call to discuss something, he looks into it almost straight away and moreso, even contacts me to recommend how to make the site faster (they recently upgraded my host server at no extra cost). My site is now performing miles faster than it used to, and I'm confident that should anything go wrong, that FreshSites will be able to sort it very quickly. Definitely recommended.
