FREIGHT GENIE RESPONDED ONCE THAT THEY WERE LOOKING INTO IT. NO RESPONSE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AFTER FOLLOWUP EMAILS WERE SENT REQUESTING MY REFUNDS. DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY....
