Been with Fasthosts for over 10 years and have tried other ISPs for hosting etc or worked on other on clients' behalf. I can't see any reason not to use them. I have 90% of my clients on Fasthosts. There are cheaper out there but in the 10 years I struggle to remember any real issues with downtime or email issues. Support always come up with timely solutions.
