Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Eque2 has serious problems with both customer service and usability that prospective buyers should weigh carefully.
The first reviewer was never able to get the software working due to unresolved connection issues with their CIS services integration. Despite repeated requests and the fact they never actually used the product, the company enforced a full additional year of chargesβroughly Β£5,000βciting strict notice period terms. The reviewer describes the company as unwilling to negotiate or show good faith once payment was received, with a dismissive legal stance toward resolution.
The second reviewer found the software not user friendly and counts it among the worst they have used, though they provide no detail on specific pain points. With only two reviews on file, both negative and neither praising the product's core functionality or support, there is limited evidence of satisfied users. Prospective customers should seek additional references or trial access before committing, particularly if onboarding complexity or vendor flexibility matter to their business.

This company never managed to onboard us because of an issue that was unresolved with out connection to cis services. Despite repeated emails telling them we were not and had not used the service and it had been a big financial loss to us as a small company, they held us to a full extra years subscription becaus the emails didnt explicitly say 90 days notice. Shocking customer service, once they have your money, no forsite for the future or negotiation on notice period with a view to keeping the door open. We have ended up being billed nearly 5K for a service we are unable to use. I have had to give 1* to the functionality as we were never able to use it. Although they dont mind - their comment when trying to negotiate a shorter term notice payment - 'our lawyers always win'! Shame on you Equi2
