I have been using RDM for what seems like 10 years, or close to it. It is hands down the best remote desktop tool I have ever used. The integrations with 3rd-party products is 2nd to none. I don't think I have come across any remote session (or web app) that I could include in my RDM vault. Their support is amazing as well. I have reported issues in the past and within days (not months or years), I have had a patch in my inbox to test. These folks really do care about their customers, which is why I renew this every time for my team. Finally, I have been recommending this application for years now and I have yet to find someone that went back to what they were using. I just can't imagine how anyone hasn't heard and isn't using Devolution's RDM!

Ive tried many alternatives since discovering Remote Desktop Manger by Devolution's but none have come close to all that Devolution's RDM can do, I am a freelance IT Consultant who does nearly all work now remotely. With RDM i only need the one app for everything i do on a daily basis and ive not come close to utilising all its able to do and if that wasn't enough the Devolution's Devs keep updating with new features, improvements and fixes. Also the Devolution's Catalogue is also growing and they all work efficiently with one another. If you cant find an entry type you want to use in RDM then take a look at its Add on manger which has even more useful entry types for the majority of the other big named apps out there meaning what your able to do in one app keeps expanding further all the time. All i can say is if you use Remote desktop managers of some sort then you really must give Devolution's Remote Desktop Manger a go, im quite sure you will never look back!!!!!

Have your connections, credentials, documentation and whatnot stored a central place, secured by strong encryption and MFA makes setting up a new workstation a breeze, with no worries. And for the hardcore IT people out there, you can customize and script RDM and make RDM run scripts against your remote sources.

After moving into a new job, during my initiation, I found myself introduced to a program called Remote Desktop Manager from Devolutions. Our internal IT had already implemented RDM as the primary Remote Access tool for our many customers, and I was surprised at how straight-forward it was to use. In my previous employment, the most common access tools were the common screen sharing apps or remote desktop that been installed on one computer and we had to manually type in each customers details if we were on a different machine, if we had set it up. Now coming to RDM is like a breath of fresh air. Everything’s centralised, logs of who and when has accessed our clients, as well as a built-in password generator (I admit I am terrible at making passwords). I would recommend it to all Customer Support teams that would like to make their lives easier.

We have all of the resources that we need to manage multiple environments with confidence and security using only one console. Remote Desktop Manager has made accessing all of our IT equipment so much easier. We RDP into machine before we started using RDM but we were always making many different windows and swapping back and forth and having to type in the pc name over and over again through out the day. Now I just swap back and forth through the Tab and get my work done so much quicker. I like it so much that I have installed it also on my Home PC and use it work on PCs i use at home.

Devolutions have some amazing software, my favioute anmd most used being the remote desktop manager. It is a tool that organises all of your remote sessions( RDP,VPN,SSH,VNC,VMWARE,HYPERV... and many many more) into a simple tree folder structure with credentials safely stored in the entry. A really good feature is to have it auto dial a VPN before connecting to a server and also close it once the session is closed.

I have been using RDM for over 4 years now. The tool is incredible , it can do everything you want. It is veeery easy to use and new user-friendly. I have been working with MANY MANY RDP programs over the years and I can safely say this is the most complete one. It is capable of doing almost everything you need. Thanks to the devs for this amazing solution. RDP is the best.
