Databasics was patient and helpful during the implementation. We had a lot of unique situations and they programmed them into our setup. We like the ability to use the multi-tiered approval process. Whenever we have run across issues or ways to improve the platform they have listened and the product continues to get better. Databasics customer service is some of the best. They walked us through implementation and have continued to be there when needed afterwards. The mobile app is rather intuitive and easy to use and the approval process is easy.

This software suits our needs. We have some reimbursement programs for our Sales employees that are non-standard in the industry and DataBasics works with us to customize the software to our needs. In Admin, sometimes an Expense Policy/Rule gets deactivated unintentionally because we touched another Admin area related to the Policy/Rule. Would be great to get a notification of what Policy/Rule gets deactivated when we make a change elsewhere, so we can take appropriate steps to ensure the Policy/Rule is reactivated if necessary. I also find Reporting to be a bit hard to use and not too user friendly. However, DataBasics is always quick to respond with any assistance we need. DataBasics was able to work with us to customize the software to our needs.

AASA, The School Superintendents Association, started to use this platform a few years ago. We used to process paper timesheets and decided to go all digital. Databasics worked well with Dynamics and offered all features we were looking for. We loved the simplicity, usability and flexibility of the platform. We just wish we used more features of the platform to take a full advantage of it. Overall we are happy with Databasics and it meets all our existing needs with timesheets.
