Very useful system. The FAQ aspect of the system has helped us reduce general, repetitive inquiries through traditional mediums (in person and telephone support), and provides answers to those common questions 24x7 (something we cannot do in person/by phone). As well, having online inquires all answered through the Custom Answers system has worked well for us. Customer service is good too! Still needs a few tweaks to make it perfect (such as a Canadian English dictionary), but easily 4 stars.
