It offers not only multiple choice questions, but also coding blocks where we can really evaluate a candidate's coding skills. We save a lot of time in the recruitment process. We usually receive positive feedback from candidates, it is a good exercise for them to demonstrate their coding skills while at the same time, providing us with the opportunity to assess their knowledge.
