What is CloudPockets?
CloudPockets.com provides cloud backups to Canadian small businesses and Non Profits. Your backup data is stored in a Canadian based PIPEDA compliant data and backup data never leaves Canada. As one of the pioneers of cloud backups in Canada (we started in 2011) we have the experience and the understanding to securely protect your critical business data. Our backups are based on the award winning Acronis platform, used by Fortune 500 companies across North America. All management is web based so that you can update or change settings at any time from any location. Backups are encrypted onsite, before data is transmitted to our servers, and encrypted with a key only you know. Transmission to our servers is also encrypted for a full end-to-end secure system. If you need PIPEDA compliance and must ensure your backup data is kept in Canada then we are you backup provider!

We like the new Acronis based software for backups. It has low overhead on the server and the backups are managed via the online interface. Backups and recovery is very quick and straight forward. The backup service has never gone done and has been 100% reliable with excellent customer service provided.

CloudPockets is an excellent local solution for offsite data storage. It is easy to use, reasonably priced, allows all of my data to remain in Canada, and I have found their customer service to be very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend using them for offsite data storage backup.
