I have used Avid going on 7 years now. It is one of the best payable programs out there. We were having a severe problem with late payments and lost invoices prior to Avid. One of the main reasons I chose this was the history tab. I had two different sides that managed 13 buildings. I would have to spend hours, coding and distributing invoices for approval to different managers. Invoices got lost or the managers got busy and then it would snowball. With Avid it cleared up all that. I no longer had to do any of those things. And with the reports, I knew exactly who was holding up what. The implementation was one of the easier programs I have done. Within 2 weeks we had most of the system up and running. The learning curve for my end users was very minimal and most caught on real quick. I would highly recommend Avid for your AP needs.
