AutoLeap made converting from our old shop management program so easy. Their customer service is first rate! They respond rapidly to any questions or concerns we have. The ease of use makes learning a new system quick to understand and start using. They are constantly updating and improving the program. They are quick to listen to and implement our suggestions when feasible and, when they cannot, they have a team of engineers working behind the scenes to find a way to make it feasible for future updates. Using AutoLeap enables us to be more efficient in all aspects of our business - scheduling and reminders, digital inspections capable of taking photos and videos and attaching them to the inspections for customers to review, building estimates, parts ordering, communicating with our customers, employee time tracking, invoicing, billing, shop and inventory management, and integration with QuickBooks Online. I highly recommend AutoLeap without hesitation!!

The system is very easy to use. It does well in facilitating the way we make estimates now with everything in one place (labor, parts, etc.). I like that we are able to customize a lot things we weren't able to before. For example, we can arrange the work board to our liking, add canned services, etc. It is also very easy to schedule appointments and maintain communication with our customers. Our customers can also approve and defer work themselves through their devices.

This software makes it easy to make work orders, assign work to techs and keep track of work progress. The digital inspection makes it easier to let the customers know the status of their vehicle. We like the fact that we can create and manage estimates and send real-time customer quotes and keep track of approved or deferred work. AMAZING TECH SUPPORT. This software has pulled my business into the 21st century. No more scribbling down people's phone numbers/car model on a piece of paper to be lost later. I can add the customer into the system, record their vehicle, book them an appointment and throw together an estimate all in a matter of minutes, which means I get back to turning wrenches sooner. Less time at the computer calling around for parts, getting prices and availability, means more time getting my customers vehicles finished and back on the road, and getting myself paid. This is a young, ambitious company determined to modernize the automotive repair world. In the short time I've had this software they have already addressed certain concerns and updated accordingly.

Autoleap has been transformational for our business. It has helped us to elevate our client experience, improve overall shop management efficiency and automate many of our processes which were previously manual. And as a bonus it is all done in the cloud, which has reduced the hassle of having to manage and maintain on premise computer hardware. We really like the ease with which we can create, share and manage estimates, both for real-time customer quotes and especially in the tracking of deferred work which we use to record manually. Autoleap can automatically send estimates and invoices digitally in a clean, client friendly format, and prompts our customers for feedback upon receipt. It even prompts our customers to review us on Google, which has resulted in a 10x increase in our online presence. We also appreciate Autoleaps shop management dashboard which has allowed us to better understand opportunities to improve tech efficiency and general shop workflows. It gives us real time data that we are now using in our coaching conversations with our techs and service advisors. On the back end, Autoleap is integrated with our accounting software, which has significantly reduced the amount of double entry we were doing before. The set up, training and ongoing support are second to none. I have yet to have an issue where their support team did not respond within two minutes. It's been absolutely first class from day 1. I would strongly recommend Autoleap.

I like that it is cloud based so I can log in from any device at any time. It is extremely easy to navigate and when there is an issue someone gets back to me is 5 minutes or less. It is synced to the motor guide so labor times are already there. Suggestions that I have made for improvements have already been implemented in a few short months. There are so many other features that I have not even utilized that will make my experience with this software better as my business grows.
