The company’s consultants have specific experience working on a range of survey-research projects involving both qualitative and quantitative methods. We use a range of tools to collect feedback: focus groups (both internal and external), short and long face-to-face interviewing, telephone interviewing (CATI), paper and sophisticated web surveying as required. In addition, we offer advanced statistical analysis expertise for data mining and developing complex predictive models.
