I wanted give a review on how much I love ASPhostportal! Until you've experienced a really poor server you will never appreciate all they do. I moved my site from a bad server to Asphostportal about 8 months ago and have never been happier. Mostly, it is the quick and detailed service I get when I have a problem. When you are having a site problem you don't want to have to wait days to fix it. In addition, the main reason I went with Asphostportal was that they are a USA based server. My former was not and it is not a terrible thing not to be unless there are communication problems with them not understanding, especially for a novice. I'm so glad I did my homework and found Asphostportal, couldn't be happier with their hosting.

They'll help you setting up Your site and if you have any technical difficulties, they're there to help you through it all. I've changed domains several times and they're always willing to work with me about transferring and/or cancelling domains and websites. Best of all, the technical support is always great. You tell them what's wrong and they'll fix it.

I chose to use ASPHostPortal on recommendation from our web developer, and have not been disappointed. The support is really pro active and I must admit that they are really professional. Only complaint is on some occasions the control panel is slow to load. But it only happened for 2-3 seconds. I don't know why. When their support tried from their end, they can't find any problems. And if you need schedule backup service, you need to purchase the addon. So, I only give them 4 stars. Overall, I can recommend them!
