I chose to use ASPHostPortal on recommendation from our web developer, and have not been disappointed. The support is really pro active and I must admit that they are really professional. Only complaint is on some occasions the control panel is slow to load. But it only happened for 2-3 seconds. I don't know why. When their support tried from their end, they can't find any problems. And if you need schedule backup service, you need to purchase the addon. So, I only give them 4 stars. Overall, I can recommend them!
