I am moving several hosting services from another supplier, whose servers have become slow and tickets are now taking days to answer. The red flag was when they referred to my hosting as 'legacy', meaning that in the near future I would be getting an email telling me to move my data as the service will no doubt be retired. They recently retired their API, so transferring data was always going to be a manual affair.The move across to ArzHost has been extremely positive.
