The software enabled us to fit 4 previously separate and awkwardly linked Business Information Systems (CRM, Estimating, Calendar Management and Routing) together in one place. It made the work-flow of many processes more efficient and the communication between departments (Sales, Customer Experience and Operations) more effective. It wasn't set up to immediately facilitate or previously used business systems. ArboStar is going to allow us to operate more smoothly, report on performance more effectively and plan on future activities more prudently.

Affordable, easy to view jobs and what status they are in which is always a huge plus when it comes to keeping track of things. I just wish I had more robust reporting features with it. Arbostar is fantastic software. Over the years they saved so much of our time and money. It is really user friendly and is very easy to learn. It gives us easy access to our client information and such information as client phone calls, SMS messages, emails, pictures, tree inventories. It has helped us so much to provide a better and more efficient service to our clients. With a single finger click I get all the data I need. They also listen to their customers and their needs. Having a platform that can be easily and quickly be implemented and used by any arborist business is essential. You can easily integrate your workflow into the system without any problems. ArboStar does the job nicely, easily, quickly, and is quite affordable for any arborist business. It integrates nicely with financial systems such as QuickBooks too. The reporting feature is a little bit weak with the version I currently have. It provides some standard reports that have some fair data qualities but to customize reports using custom fields or job fields is quite weak. My overall experience with ArboStar is positive as it helps me to do my job with ease. It assigns and tracks all work requests, quotes, tasks, and jobs. It also does our invoicing and sends data to Quickbooks for great financial reporting.
