My experience with Alpharacks has gone from bad to worse. Initially had problems with VPS being extremely slow which took their support days to resolved. And now their entire network has been down for 5 days!! Hardly any communication from them or any sort of eta on when it is likely to be resolved. From the Alpharacks twitter account it appears they are in some dispute with Quadranet, who are the data centre housing their servers. But any dispute should have been resolved in a couple of business days and service restored. I suspect Alpharacks were doing something which was against Quadranets T&Cs or just simply not paying their bills, so they have been suspended. And despite what Alpharacks are saying for every day that passes without this being resolved there is less and less likely to ever come back online
