The worst VPS provider i met. VPs work only 1/2 time: they have a kind of 50-100 Kb/s real bandwidth when it work ... I add to this that they cheat in the way they manages their ram. They push applications to use more SWAP... and it's not a kind of ssd caching one... If you haven't already take a VPS with them. go away to see another provider this one is really very bad .... you will thank me after..

I've order from you. Bad service! The 1st impression of their machine: slow, really slow. I did not use you until 6 months later, I used their machine to host a website for my customer. But the machine suddenly got suspended after 2 weeks saying that my machine caused heavy load! They did not try to solve the problem but directly suspended my VPS. I tried to let you bring up the VPS temporarily and get my data backup. but they never replied!!! This is what I've been going through with you.

We have been using their VPS since a few months, and I even added another server just a few weeks ago. But out of the blue, they suspended one server. I opened a ticket and they send some network logs, with very vague claims, nothing specific at all, some connections to port 443 and 80. This has been going on for 2 weeks now with somewhere like 20 messages. Sometimes no response for several days. Server is still suspended. We use all servers the same way, its just a SSH proxy, used for browsing the web. There is no apache, email, smtp running at all. So far, always way below the bandwidth limit and pretty much no CPU usage. I have opened a paypal case now, because this is going nowhere. We do use other providers and so far did not have such issues at all in the past 12 months, even with the cheapest VPS.
