ActiveTrail combines ease of use with sophisticated ways to automate my email marketing based on the behavior and actions of people on my list. And for anyone who is designed challenged, their form and landing page builders are super helpful. Finally, their tutorials and support are exceptional. I use email to develop relationships with my list, ActiveTrail has great deliverabilty, and it's easy to format my emails in all sorts of ways.

The pricing was the first thing that attracted me to ActiveTrail but after using it for years, I absolutely love the design aspect as well. You can customize each of your email templates which I loved making this unique to my branding. This tool is great for beginners who are just starting to grow their email list. I do recommend it for advanced businesses that rely on segmentation and sending out emails to their entire list. I would recommend that ActiveTrail for the same lead to be on multiple lists and they should have a function where you can send a broadcast email to your entire list. We wanted a monthly newsletter for our customers to feature new products, rebates, coupons, company events, etc. Turns out ActiveTrail was a great fit for exactly what we were looking for and has not let us down.

ActiveTrail allows you to have a contact list that you can easily manage from the Platform. Also provide you templates that you can customize for your needs. The second phase, the insights one, is one of the best I've ever find. This will help to check your campaign performances.

Pros It is very user-friendly, especially for first timers. But ActiveTrail knows how to pack the right punches in the right areas. They have enough templates so you can execute diverse email campaigns . It also helps that they have a blog that they consistently update for great tips and guide so everyone can be informed of the latest trends and information on email marketing. Cons As mentioned, they have ready templates but some people might require more. It would be great if the selection would be expanded to include more designs to address the other people's needs.

great tool for my emails and sms campaigns. I moved to active trail from get response because of their free automations and sms, and so far i'm happy with it. For me, the coolest thing is the ability to built automations that involve both emails and sms. One thing i don't like so much is their landing page builder (although it is free, so can't complaint too much...:))
