I cannot say enough good things about these guys. The service is amazing, I'm currently on the free one, which is great to get you started. My clients find the service incredibly helpful, because life has a habit of happening and sometimes forget their appointments (how very dare they!! :D ). Once my business is up and running at a level that I can financially justify a subscription 10to8 is at the top of my list. The increased level of control and branding a subscription seems to enable above the free option can only add to your professionalism. Oh, & the staff are amazing, they go out of their way to help (but remember there is a time delay due to being on different continents - we all have to sleep sometime!).

10to8 has worked wonderfully!! Initially, there was a learning curve, but Marcel and others answered all questions to my understanding and satisfaction. I work in a different time zone than my customers, and I like that appointments are scheduled in the corresponding time zone. Wholeheartedly I would recommend b10to8!

10to8 is a genius App it syncs with my calendar and makes my life easier as I can convert an inquiry into a prospectus client in a second. It is very easy to use and has a phone app too so I can operate it from my telephone. It's free for me now and so far I had never had to pay anything. It keeps my company running. We LOVE 10to8! We use the software to run our bridal shop diary & customers are always commenting how professional it makes us over our competitors. The system was really easy to set up & we are constantly evolving and unlocking functionalities that just make our lives simpler. No-shows were previously an issue for us but are very rare now. Support from the 10to8 team (particularly Marcel) is quick, efficient & great. If I could give 10 stars I truly would! :-)
