Having tried ALL the appointment schedulers 10to8 is the best. It's modern clean interface is stunning. The emails and notifications are clear and colourful with prominent features such as date and time standing out. The text message service is also outstanding with customers having the ability to message you from within the email notification itself. The free plan also offers all the functionality of paid plan but with reduced appointments so if you don't expect many appointments this is a dream come true. Well done the 10to8 team take a bow.

Nearly perfect. I love the user interface, that was what sold me on this scheduler (been using well over a year now). I want the user to have a seamless experience booking an appointment with me, and 10to8 fits the bill. It's very easy to administer and set up too. I have rarely found it difficult in any way. I like almost everything about it. Pros: -Great end-user experience -Easy to administer and setup -Inexpensive -Always works - never had a failure -Customized booking page -Client messaging in the dashboard or through system emails -Syncs with Google Calendar (and others) -Sends out reminders to clients -Clients can book through my Wordpress website Cons: -Weak CRM -Not really equipped to support bulk packages (multi-hour) -No easy way to show different classes of clients different scheduling options (existing clients vs new clients) -Clients have to re-enter their information every time they schedule a new appointment (doesn't retain their info, they cannot save their profile) Overall a very good scheduler and one that I continue to use despite some minor grievances. My main goal is that it's easy for the client to flow through the process. It has been the main conduit for clients to connect with me. I highly recommend it.
