Stay away from this company. They will do everything they can to get you sign a contract with them. Their contract has hidden clauses that they will use against you if you ever try to cancel the service. If you try to discuss this with them they will simply not respond to you or just threaten you with a collections agency.

Worst customer support and service I have ever had to witness.

They will rob you of your money and you will get a subpar server compared to many other hosts out there, you've been warned.

These guys have given amazing service for the last couple of years. Paul is always happy to help and is always there to deal with any issues on the phone promptly and efficiently. We have also just made a transition from a windows to a linux server at the same time as launching a new website - which could have been a potential nightmare, but the transition happened quickly and efficiently as they worked really closely with us to make it happen. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys.

We've had our hosting with CWCS for almost 8 years now. In that time they've proved to be reliable, quick to respond and keen to help on the odd occasion a problem has arisen. The support staff are excellent even when dealing with them 'out of hours'. They definitely know their stuff. They're not the cheapest of hosts but the level of service provided is commensurate with the cost. You get what you pay for with hosting and with CWCS you do indeed get a lot!

I am happy with the service I get from CWCS. They have answered all my questions within 24 hours. They have made 95% of all the changes I have asked for within 24 hours and 100% within 48 hours. They have pointed me to websites for information when it was applicable. They have been very helpful. When I phone up I get through to a person I need to speak to 99% of the time, which is a better than when I phone my local shop to order coal, so phone answering is very good. I decided to use CWCS based on the reviews I read. I had never meet or spoken to anyone who had used their service. I did phone a few providers before deciding to go with CWCS. The reviews I read accounted for 75% of why I decided to use CWCS. What clinched it was my first phone call to CWCS where I found their attitude refreshing. I would be happy to recommend the CWCS service.

We have just started using a dedicated server from CWCS Managed Hosting and the service they are providing is fantastic, affordable and not overly complicated. I have been using CWCS since 2006 with no regrets. If I get any odd problem CWCS has prompt and excellent technical support. My developers in Pakistan say the speed for technical support they see has never been better. I will always use CWCS for all my hosting needs.

I have been with CWCS for 5 yrs. I found it a great service for my needs. As I run a small building company it is crucial that my clients can access to information about my services. The web hosting provided by CWCS is running smoothly, quickly and without faults. I never had any problems. Moreover, the helpline and on-line help services are outstanding. Always happy to assist. We don't normally have any issues with our database and website on a CWCS cloud server. When we do have an issue whatever the time of day or night the phone is always answered promptly and the issue is usually dealt with immediately. A first rate company with 5 star technical support.

CWCS hosting is one of the best hosting companies around. I was tired of my previous hosting provider and did a lot of research on hosting companies before moving my site. After looking at what CWCS had to offer versus the rest. I was sold. I was very impressed by number of people that had moved their sites to CWCS and how positive their whole experience was. I tried hard to find something bad, but I couldn't! Everything I read was positive. I also did a test call to their tech support before I switched and found them to be first rate. All in all, I'd definitely recommend CWCS to anyone.

When I want something sorting, they sort it quickly. For example: I recently moved servers and then kept getting hourly emails about the old server failing to update it's control pane! I let CWCS know and never had that problem again. Anything I request is never too much trouble for them. They had a recent outage of servers for some reason I never fully understood. But they managed that crisis rather well despite me not having a web-presence (not bad for their first failure in 10 years with them). Hence the 4 star rating, otherwise it would have been a 5 star one! Very highly recommended.

Excellent service, our experience cannot be flawed. We have been with CWCS for a number of months now after they helped us to migrate a number of mid-sized ecommerce systems to a dedicated server. We contact the support team at CWCS on a daily basis for help as we develop and make alterations to our systems. The team are on the ball and at hand all times of the day including the times when work has to be completed outside of the 9-5.

They are quick to respond, they tend to solve issues within a matter of minutes and each individual of the team takes responsibility for what is asked of them. We particularly like the phone and online chat support where we can get an instant response for low level technical issues and when the issue is more complicated the guy's response quickly via email.

The network is very responsive and the server capacity means no delay in serving up our products to customers. Based on the high level of technical ability of the support team and that fact that they have a knack of being able to explain things in an easy to understand way, I would recommend CWCS to all sizes of businesses looking for a robust platform and support that feels like CWCS is part of your business.

Before we signed up with CWCS we shopped around, got quotes and read independent reviews on several websites about CWCS. From the research we collected we knew there must be something special about CWCS with all these companies singing their praises and unduly, as the migrate plan and requirements CWCS created for us far out shone the other hosting provider companies that we had been in touch with. In terms of price comparison CWCS in some cases may seem the less budget abiding choice. This is very marginal in difference when you weigh up the benefit of having CWCS working along side you and your business. Put them to the test and I am certain they'll exceed your expectations as they did for us.

It's key to my business as a web designer to have my sites hosted on a reliable platform with good tech support. Fact is it isn't simple any more. I used to do my job with magic markers and a layout pad. Then I needed to learn desk top publishing and became a printing specialist, then I learned html and became a web designer but now the tech aspect has become so huge and complex that I simply cannot be an all round specialist any more.

Just this morning for example I had to change the CNAME and MX details for a client. Sure I said, no problem. But actually I have absolutely no idea how to do this and don't have the time or, frankly, the interest, to find out, but I knew some guys who would know and it was done. I have marked down the 'easy to implement' score but really this is a measure of my abilities, or lack of. The Plesk system is incredibly powerful, too powerful for me and I often get lost. I need big red buttons that say 'Never press this button' yep, I'm not very technical!

Last week after migrating a site from an older server to a cloud a client broke the Word Press CMS I had installed, I could not figure what he had done but the clever chaps at CWCS sorted it. I am not at all certain it is their job to sort out my clients screw ups - but they did, and I think they sort of enjoyed the challenge!

On the downsides they can sometimes be a bit slow to respond, but as I try always to load the urgency of my requests honestly I can't really complain that a non-urgent request takes longer to be resolved. They could up the sense of where they are with support requests - an equivalent of the phone call to your utility company where a voice says you are 37th in the queue and your expected waiting time is 3 days and 6 hours. This way I would understand their problems as well as my own.

I have occasionally thought that they are rather expensive, and as many of my new sites are being created on Word Press I have flirted with the idea of using a specialist host. But whilst I don't know for certain, I cannot imagine that a cheaper supplier would provide the detailed level of service I get. I also believe in loyalty, I hope for it from my clients and I expect to deliver it back to my suppliers. Things haven't always been perfect but I know they care and I know they try hard. Way to go guys!

I was with a different provider for a couple years. They only have Linux servers and their servers do not support .aspx which requires Microsoft servers. I switched to CWCS Managed Hosting on Thursday 21/06/2012. In order to transfer my domain name I have contacted them many times using online live support as well as raising tickets requesting information such as IPS Tag and nameservers. Finally, the support team of CWCS setup the DNS and all other changes which were required. Hopefully, the domain will be live after 24 hours.

My experiences with CWCS Managed Hosting since last week: Very friendly and helpful staff,
support is always fast and friendly and they keep up to date with the progress of the problem until it is resolved. I personally would recommend and support is awesome.

We have just migrated our web site, database and services to a CWCS cloud server solution. The support really is fantastic and even the base level cloud server provides great performance. When comparing specs like availabe disk space CWCS prices may not seem that competitive but the level of 24/7 support provided tops any other provider!
