The first week onboarding new clients onto Creatio was genuinely rough. Documentation exists, but it assumes a lot. My clients kept hitting walls before they ever reached the no-code builder, and I ended up writing my own setup guides just to get them through basic configuration. That is not a bill I can absorb forever.
To be fair, once you clear that initial mess, the workflow customization is genuinely flexible. The drag-and-drop tools do deliver on the promise eventually. But at an agency level, onboarding friction kills momentum, and Creatio has a real problem there.
