My clients are scattered across three time zones, and I'm usually the one pulling their pipeline data together from a coffee shop or an airport gate. People.ai holds up surprisingly well in that kind of environment. The mobile experience has matured a lot over the five years I've been deploying it for clients. Activity capture still fires correctly even when I'm jumping between networks, opportunity timelines stay readable on a phone screen, and I rarely have to wait until I'm back at a desk to answer a client's urgent question about deal health. For an agency context, that responsiveness matters more than most vendors realize.
The one friction point I keep running into is the mobile notification settings. They're not as granular as I'd like, so I occasionally get pinged for low-priority alerts I can't easily filter out on a per-client basis. It's a minor irritation compared to the genuine value the AI-driven contact and activity matching delivers. Clients who were drowning in manually logged CRM data before this are now operating with a much cleaner picture of their pipelines. Worth the investment.
