Switching tools is something I dread, but our old platform had gotten too clunky and too expensive for a team our size. Two months into Freshmarketer and I genuinely wish we'd moved sooner. The email builder is cleaner than what we came from, the A/B testing setup takes minutes instead of what used to be a half-morning project, and the session recordings have already changed how I think about our landing pages. Setup was fast enough that I had our first campaign running the same week.
The one thing our previous tool did better was its third-party integration library, which felt a bit broader. Freshmarketer's list is solid for most needs, just not as deep. That said, their support team has been quick every time I've reached out, and the price point for a small shop like ours is hard to argue with. For any small team tired of paying enterprise prices for a platform that feels like it was built for someone else, this one actually fits.
