Not a single outage in my first two months. For a growing startup where half my team is remote and deadlines are unforgiving, that matters more than I expected it to. I came in skeptical, honestly. Previous tools had a bad habit of going down at exactly the wrong moment.
Zoho Projects has been rock solid. The task and milestone tracking loads fast, the calendar sync hasn't glitched once, and I haven't hit any of the bugs people flag in older reviews. They seem to have cleaned things up. For the price, the reliability alone earns this rating.
