Solid enough for the basics, but the edge cases pile up fast when you're a solo operator trying to configure this for nonstandard situations. Custom leave types took me three support tickets to get right, and the org chart breaks visually if you're the only person in the hierarchy. Not a dealbreaker, but annoying.
The leave tracking and employee self-service views are genuinely clean and easy to navigate. Customer support responded quickly each time I needed them. A year in, I still hit small walls I didn't expect from a tool pitched as flexible.
