Rolling Creatio out across a 400-person sales and service org is the kind of project that usually breaks a platform. It didn't break this one. Two years in, my team has watched it absorb new business units, new workflow requirements, and a doubling of active users without anything catching fire. The no-code tooling is the real story here. Onboarding a fresh department no longer means a six-week dev sprint.
Customer support has been responsive and knowledgeable. The marketplace add-ons save real time. My one honest gripe is that some of the more advanced process automations have a learning curve steeper than the marketing suggests, but once you're past it, the platform just works.
