Two years in, not a single outage I can point to. That's the thing I keep coming back to. When you're at a startup scaling fast, the last thing you need is your CRM going dark mid-deal. Capsule just hasn't done that to me.
The pipeline and contact management are solid, but honestly the reliability is what earns the score. Their team has been responsive whenever I had questions, and bugs have been genuinely rare. If uptime matters to you, this one's worth a serious look.
