I have been extremely disappointed in my experience with Meet Hugo. They market themselves as a highly customized service, but what they actually offer is a few RFPs that are available to the public, and in general not relevant to my business in any way. They claim to assign you an account manager who will work with you to get the best out of the service, but I never heard from mine until I asked to cancel the service-- she then claimed she had been in touch with me and trying to support me (she had not) and refused to help me cancel. She told me I had to stick with them even though the service is not working for me-- this was also after they extended my contract without confirming with me, and claimed that I had authorized them to do so. I asked to speak to someone else at the company, but the account manager refused to offer me anyone else I could talk with about my experience. Meet Hugo is a waste of money and time-- they are preying on small businesses with false promises.
