After searching for rostering systems I found RosterElf. Their website was informative, providing videos on how the system worked, and allowed an obligation free 1 month trial before committing to a very affordable pricing plan. Customer service (from both Lucas and Aaron), has and continues to be outstanding. Lucas talked me through integrating RosterElf with our accounting system (xero), it took 2 minutes! He then assisted me to set up rules within RosterElf to ensure award interpretation would be correct according to our different shifts. It's such an easy system to use. My managers found the software so easy they already worked out how to use it before I arranged training with them. A huge thank you to both Lucas and Aaron for there ongoing support.
