We needed to replace its use of spreadsheets with an application that better supported collaboration, version control, and its complex process definition and manufacturing processes. Lead time for identifying materials was reduced by 12 weeks (after working with RoleModel Software). Project management was very good. It assured full engagement by the overall team. There were daily standups along with iteration reviews. Role Model also assigned a Project Manager that worked closely with our Project Manager with routine touchpoints to assure the project was being executed to our needs. They were able to take a complex scientific process and learn very quickly how to enable it to develop a solution that not only met our requirements but exceeded them.
