As for support, I never encountered any serious problems with their staff. Sometimes the staff gives weird replies but overall, QHoster team gets the work done. I am very thankful that the CS team explained what issue my domain is facing and upon confirming the account details, they instantly sent it to Tier 2 while constantly being in touch with me. Tier 2 also resolved the problem instantly which I thought was going to take a couple of hours at least. Please accept my gratitude towards your customer/technical care staff for their speedy and efficient services.
