Very cost-effective for the services provided. There is a complete suite which can prove daunting at first, but contains everything you'd need in quite neat modules, all linked into the main CRM. The help desk is also very accessible and quick to resolve issues. I had to contact them on Day 1 to resolve some set up issues and they were great.
