"SIMPLICITY, ACCESSIBILITY AND VALUE FOR MONEY" What do you like best? Golden Lane Housing is going through a transitional period and our team was looking for a solution that could become an all-encompassing hub for our communications and performance management. Additionally, we wanted a system that would allow us to measure employee engagement beyond just staff turnover metrics and employee surveys. We wanted real-time data and information.
