"Excellent support, intuitive interface" What do you like best? The refresh functionality is excellent, and I've been very happy with how clipping works overall. What do you dislike? I would like to more easily be able to have "hierarchical" clips; instead I have to find a kludge-y workaround. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increasing the velocity of our proposal and operation manual documents. Improving upon our version control setup.
