I like how Qorus as a software allows the users to be collaborate. With our firm, we are located in different parts of the world, so this is very useful for us with building pitches. I also like the support we receive from the Qorus team especially when we need to work on improving our internal processes using the tool. The support team is extremly helpful. I understand that there are newer versions of the tool that would help us in improving our process. So far, the version that we have is sometimes lacking with what the business is asking from us. I look forward to continue working with the team to further develop the tool that we have. Since we are a global firm, one of our pain points is having a centralized location for all our content and pitches. With us using Qorus, this helped us address this issue . We are now seeing a holistic view of the opportunities we are working on and this helps us strategize.
