"Employee acknowledgement increases job satisfaction." What do you like best? I like that I can quickly give compliments to my staff. If I have to wait until I have time, it gets missed. Motivosity is quick and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? The downside is that I sometimes don't have enough dollars to reward my staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? COVID has caused us to focus on patients and infection control. Our way of connecting with each other changed. I don't see staff in the office or at meetings to tell them I appreciate them. Motivosity gives me that connection and my staff love the recognition!
