Casino Loyalty Program Solution We researched quite a few different loyalty program solutions, we searched the casino gaming expos, and found a few that would work for us, however once we found Preferred Patron, it was a perfect fit for us, and for the price you can't beat it. Honestly, putting price aside, even the customer support is a selling point by itself. Setup was a breeze, understanding how the program works took very little time & effort, training staff was minimal...we are definitely happy with our choice. Thank you.
